Vancouver is awesome!

It cost me $70 but I'm seeing this hot piece of ass on the Wednesday of finals week. I'm stoked.

Aight. I'm going to be 19 in two weeks...yikes. I need to make a birthday list:

...was the best! It was worth every penny once they got on stage and every body in the arena was moving to the music. It wasn't a big arena, but 10,000 people screaming and stamping their feet on the ground was quite a sight. I loved it! I got all watery in my eyes when they played my favorite song "The Night" off of their latest album, which I had been praying to the metal gods that they'd play. If you ever get the chance to see them, I highly recommend you go. They are an amazing live band and David Draiman can hold a vibrato likes it's nobody's business, oh man. Anyway, off to homework. Bleh.

It's done! Aisha and I bought our hotel room, greyhound tickets, and our concert tickets yesterday. I'm going! I'm actually going to see my favorite band play live in just two weeks!

People screamed from every dorm on campus and about 20 boys grabbed their pots and pans and paraded in the streets, hitting them as loud as they could. A girl ran through the hallway screaming "We have a new president! We have a new president! OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA!!" and outside people were hugging each other, and screaming on the top of their lungs.
